The American Saddlebred is a breed developed in Kentucky; primarily in Bourbon County, so it must have been fate that Hillcroft Farm was built in Paris, in the heart of Bourbon County. In less than a decade of operation, Hillcroft Farm has produced champions in the show ring. Partnering with the trainers at Kalarama Farm, Hillcroft horses have won championships and world championships every season in many different divisions. Just as importantly, horses purchased from Hillcroft continue their winning ways for their new owners.
2009 was a stand-out year for Hillcroft under the guidance of Kalarama. Thanks to Larry Hodge, Neil Visser and the entire Kalarama crew.
